To reduce Indian - China excitement , 5 point come out in Moscow
On Thursday a meeting held between India and Chinese foreing minister in Moscow. After two hours negotiation, Chinese foreing minister Wang Yi and Indian foreign minister S Jaishankar jointly has agreed on five points to cut down the excitation on line of actual control ( LAC ) through conciliatory steps.
The five points were coming out which they have accommodated -
1) "Both side should take guidance from series of consensus of the leaders , including not allowing difference to become disputes".
2) "Current situation is not in either side's interest. Border troop should continue to their dialogue, quickly disengage, maintain proper distance and ease tensions".
3) "Both sides shall abide by all existing agreement and protocol. Maintain peace and tranquility and avoid any action that could escalate matters".
4) "Dialogue to continue through the special representative mechanism on the India - China boundary questions , WMCC to also continue it's meeting".
5) "As the situation eases , the two side should expedite work to conclude new confidence building measure to maintain and enhance peace ".
After meeting Chinese minister Wang Yi's comments on friday in Moscow , said that " We are ready to take conciliatory steps... The most important thing is to avoid new violations of the obligations on the border. Troops and equipment should be withdrawn from the Line of Actual Control" during press conference according to ANI report .
But India is concerned about Chinese lies that they pulled back their troops on the ground . As all time through a meeting they stated different whatever they have done .
